Polyurethane E-coat
Polyurethane E-coat from Clearclad - LVH Coatings offers a unique finish along with UV stability and excellent durability. The UV stabilizers prevent bleaching in sunlight, making polyurethane ideal for final finish applications that are exposed to the elements. UV stabilizers combined with crosslinking polyurethane chemistry make an E-coat that is every bit as durable as traditional epoxy and tougher than acrylic competitors. We have a full format matte black and smaller matte grey – see below for more information on each coating.
Matte Black Polyurethane
Our matte black polyurethane E-coat from Clearclad LVH Coatings is a one of a kind, UV stable finish that is ideal for metal substrates requiring a matte black look or performance. Matte black is ideal for heat dissipation, emissivity and anything requiring a low reflectivity like visual sensors. Customers have used this material for lighting, heat sinks, optics and many other applications. With the proper pre-finishing it provides an excellent final finish.
