Founded in 2006, Accurate Coating grew out of 23 years of metal finishing experience and a state of the art automated production line to serve customers of all sizes across North America. We have built a highly efficient, quality driven, custom coating operation that puts our customer’s needs above all else.
OUR PROCESS
We have developed unique processes to ecoat traditional and new lightweight metal substrates including magnesium, aluminum, zinc and specialty steel. We are proud to have carved a niche helping magnesium and aluminum die casters, Thixomolders and machinists enhance and protect metal parts from the elements.
Our custom processes are used across a spectrum of industries from Automotive, Defense, Firearms and HealthCare to Recreational and Technology products.

OEM
We have worked with many OEM customers over the years, both large and small. Working alongside product engineers at OEMs we have developed, launched and supported cast and machined programs, with substrates sourced from across the US and abroad. Some programs continue with an OEM while others are delegated to various casters, machinists and stampers once the process is solidified.
If you work for an OEM and you are interested in Ecoat on a new or existing program please reach out to us with your project. We have handled numerous ground up programs and many conversions where the old method of finishing just wasn’t cutting it. We have the know-how to get the job done working with you or your existing metal supplier.

We have been fortunate to build strong relationships with engineering teams at die casters, thixomolders, machinists and stampers across the country but we know there are many more we haven’t met yet.
